Bridging Care Solutions provides dedicated support workers who deliver assistance with essential household tasks in line with participants’ NDIS goals. Under the 0120 registration, we support participants—including those in Supported Independent Living (SIL)—where disability impacts their ability to complete household tasks independently.
These supports help participants maintain a safe, clean, and functional home environment, promoting comfort, wellbeing, and ongoing independence.
Supports include:
Cleaning and maintaining living areas
Laundry and ironing
Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
Basic home organisation and tidying
Assistance with changing bed linen
Support with rubbish removal and general household upkeep
These supports focus on practical assistance rather than skill development, which may be delivered under other capacity-building registration groups where appropriate.
