Bridging Care Solutions supports participants who live in, or are transitioning to, a group or shared living arrangement. Under the 0115 registration, we provide assistance with day-to-day household and personal tasks within a shared home environment. Our supports focus on building independence, confidence, and life skills while encouraging choice, responsibility, and community participation.
