What is Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment or Higher Education?

This NDIS support helps participants build the skills, confidence, and support needed to prepare for, access, and maintain employment or successfully participate in higher education or vocational training.

NDIS participants with goals related to employment, education, training, or career development may be eligible, provided the support is included in their NDIS plan under capacity-building supports.

Yes. We provide employment preparation support such as resume building, interview coaching, job search assistance, and workplace readiness to help you move toward meaningful employment.

Absolutely. If you are already employed but need help maintaining your role, building confidence, or adapting to workplace expectations, this support can assist you to stay successful at work.

Yes. This service supports participants enrolled in university, TAFE, vocational training, or other higher education pathways by assisting with study skills, time management, and navigating education environments.

Where appropriate, we can provide on-the-job support to help you settle into your workplace, understand tasks, develop routines, and build confidence in your role.

With your consent, we can liaise with employers or education providers to support reasonable adjustments, communication, and positive outcomes.

Support can be delivered flexibly at your home, workplace, education facility, or in the community—based on your individual needs and goals.
